- It's of Pulut Kuning.
- Prepare of 1kg beras pulut.
- You need of 1 sudu bsr serbuk kunyit.
- Prepare of 3 keping asam gelugur.
- You need of air secukupnya utk rendam pulut.
- It's of 2 cawan santan sederhana pekat*.
- You need of 1 1/2 sudu teh garam halus*.
- You need of 1/2 sudu bsr gula*.
- Prepare of (bahan2 bertanda * di kacau bersama).
- You need of 3 helai daun pandan-di potong kecil.
- Prepare of Rendang Ayam.
- You need of 1 ekor ayam-di potong kecil.
- It's of 8 biji bawang merah*.
- Prepare of 5 ulas bawang putih*.
- You need of 1 inci halia*.
- It's of 1 inci lengkuas*.
- You need of 1 inci kunyit*.
- It's of 3 batang serai*.
- You need of (bahan2 bertanda * di blend halus).
- It's of 3 sudu bsr cili kisar/cili boh.
- You need of 3 batang serai-diketuk.
- Prepare of 1 cawan santan pekat.
- It's of 1 cawan air.
- You need of 3/4 cawan kerisik.
- It's of gula & garam secukup rasa.
- It's of 2 helai daun kunyit-dihiris halus.
- Prepare of 4 helai daun limau purut-di hiris halus.
Pulut Kuning & Rendang Ayam instructions
- (Pulut Kuning) Basuh pulut, rendam dgn air bersama serbuk kunyit & asam gelugur semalaman. Kemudian toskan.
- Letak sedikit daun pandan di dlm pengukus & tuang pulut. Buat lubang supaya wap dpt naik ke atas utk masak pulut. Tabur lagi dgn daun pandan. Kukus 20 minit.
- Setelah 20 minit, keluarkan pulut drp pengukus & masukkan ke dlm besen. Tuang santan & arung dgn pulut hingga sebati. Biar seketika supaya santan menyerap ke dlm pulut..
- Kukus pulut semula selama 20 minit sehingga masak & berkilat sambil di balik2kan rata.
- (Rendang Ayam) Tumis bahan2 blend, cili kisar & serai yg di ketuk hingga naik bau & pecah minyak..
- Masukkan ayam & kacau rata. Masukkan pula santan. Biar mendidih & kacau hingga ayam masak.
- Masukkan kerisik, garam & gula. Kacau hingga ayam empuk & kuah agak kering, baru masukkan daun kunyit & daun limau. Kacau lagi hingga kuah kering sedikit.
